All payments for services must be made before work begins.

Project-Based Work: Requires a 50% upfront deposit, with the remaining 50% due upon completion.

Subscription & Retainer Services: Billed on the 1st of each month and must be paid within 3 days to avoid service disruption.

Late payments beyond 7 days will incur a 5-10% late fee.
