Refund Policy - Digital Gal

1. General Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital services, all payments are final and non-refundable once work has begun.

2. Hourly & Retainer Services

Payments for hourly blocks and retainer services are non-refundable.

Unused hours can be rolled over to the next month but are not eligible for refunds.

Clients must cancel services at least 7 days before the next billing cycle to avoid renewal charges.

3. Project-Based Refunds

Before Work Begins: If a client cancels before work starts, a 25% administrative fee will be deducted from any refund.

After Work Starts: No refunds will be issued once a project is in progress.

Revisions & Adjustments: If a client is unhappy, I offer reasonable revisions within the agreed scope.

4. Payment Disputes

Clients must provide all necessary content, materials, and approvals on time.

Delays in content or approvals may extend project timelines.
